Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us via email within 14 days of invoice date to return or exchange a product. Products must be in new unworn and unused condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Due to bio security controls, returns will not be accepted if a product has been on a horse or is in used condition. Please be aware that if a returned product shows ANY visible signs of use, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
